How it works
Enter quote details in step one. The draft is stored in this browser, separate from any invoice draft. In step two, pick a template, review the live preview, and download the quotation PDF. Tax, discount, and line items work the same way as invoices.
Steps
- Optionally add a logo and company name for branding.
- Set the quote number, issue date, and optional valid-until date.
- Enter your details (From) and who the quote is for (Prepared for).
- Add line items for the work or products you are proposing.
- Adjust tax or discount if needed, and add notes or terms.
