By using Utility Tools, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

Utility Tools provides free helper tools you run in your browser. We may add, change, pause, or remove tools at any time. Some tools may be marked “Coming soon” and are not ready for full use yet.

License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site for personal or business helper purposes—such as creating documents or estimates for your own work. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse the site in a way that harms the service or pretends to be Utility Tools.

No account required

You can use available tools without signing up. You are responsible for what you enter into the tools and for how you use the results.

Results are not professional advice

Invoices, quotes, fee estimates, and other outputs are helpers only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Check important numbers yourself before you send them to a client or rely on them for money decisions.

The Stripe Fee Calculator uses publicly listed US Standard rates as a guide. Actual Stripe fees can differ based on your account, card type, location, and add-on products. Utility Tools is not affiliated with Stripe, Inc., and Stripe is a trademark of its respective owner.

Your content

Content you type or generate stays under your control. We do not claim ownership of your invoices, quotes, calculator inputs, or other tool outputs. You are responsible for having the rights to any logos or text you add.

“As is” service and availability

The site and tools are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the site will always be online, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Utility Tools and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses that come from using or not being able to use the site—including mistakes in documents or fee estimates—even if we were told such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the site in the past 12 months (often zero) or (b) twenty-five US dollars (US$25).

Acceptable use

• Do not try to break, overload, or disrupt the site.
• Do not use the tools for fraud or other illegal activity.
• Do not scrape or automate the site in a way that harms service for others.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access systems you should not.

Changes to these terms
