This Privacy Policy explains what information Utility Tools uses, what stays on your device, and how to contact us. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

Utility Tools is a free website of small browser-based tools at www.utility-tools.site. You can use the tools without creating an account. We do not sell personal information.

What stays on your device

Most tools run in your browser. When you type, build an invoice or quote, or adjust calculator settings, that work stays in your browser session unless a tool clearly says otherwise.

Some tools save a draft or preference on your device (for example with local storage) so you can come back later or keep your theme (light or dark). That data sits on your computer or phone. We do not receive a copy of those drafts. If you clear this site’s data in your browser settings, those drafts and preferences are removed.

What we do not collect through the tools

• We do not require you to sign up or log in.
• We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site to use the tools.
• We do not upload your invoice, quote, or calculator inputs to our own application servers for processing.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to see basic page-view information—for example which pages are visited and roughly how often. This helps us understand which tools people use. It is not meant to build advertising profiles or sell your data.

Hosting and technical logs

Our hosting provider (such as Vercel) may keep standard technical logs needed to run a website. That can include things like IP address, browser type, and request times. This is normal for hosting and security. We do not use those logs to identify you for marketing.

International visitors

The site is available worldwide. Hosting and analytics may process data in the regions where our providers operate. If you use the site from outside those regions, your connection may cross borders as part of normal web traffic.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it where we can.

Your choices

• Clear this site’s stored data in your browser to remove local drafts and preferences.
• Use browser controls for cookies and tracking if you want to limit analytics where possible.

Third-party links

Some pages link to other sites (for example Stripe’s pricing page). Those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Changes

We may update this policy when the product or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
